SWIM LESSONS IN ENGLISH & HEBREW
You are never too old or too young to learn to swim. Even if we were to set aside the health benefits of swimming (physical, mental and emotional), it is my belief that each person is responsible first to themselves and then to their family, to learn to swim. Swimming is a life skill and a life saver. No matter where you are, no matter your background or physical ability, you can and should learn to swim.
SWIM LESSONS FOR ALL AGES
I understand that you are a whole person with individual reasons that bring you to swim lessons, you have your personal aims and objectives, your own concerns and reservations whatever they may be, and all of this you bring to the water...and I'm thankful for it. Just like you are unique, so too is my approach to your swim lessons - personalized, sensitive and inspiring you to learn to swim.

Water confidence starts from birth, and more formal lessons, including stroke styles, start from ages 4 years. It's a great joy to be with new swimmers right from the start of their water journey, and it is even more incredible to share a water space with adults who, for a myriad of reasons, only now learn to swim. Not to mention the excitement of teaching senior citizens - who are drawn to water for hydrotherapy as much as swim lessons for the awesome fact that they want to learn to swim.
HOW TO SCHEDULE A SWIM LESSON
First we set an intro call to learn your needs, wishes and swim goals. Following, we schedule a time to meet in the water (at home or away). We set expectations, build confidence in routine and start swim lessons that will literally change your life. It is my endeavor to provide my swim expertise, to challenge you and to celebrate with your your achievements. Learning is best done in a calm, welcoming and encouraging environment and we will ensure your swim lessons support the ultimate conditions for you to learn to swim.
