Our lessons are focused on reaching swim goals - learn to swim, to improve a stroke, help to heal sore backs and knees, personalized sessions with high sensitivity and care, and more.
We set goals to achieve and plan ahead, to get the best out of our time in the water together, and to get you swimming smoothly, with energy for longer distances, confident in your technique and pain free.
